The Plantronics Voyager 510SL takes the mobility and convenience that Bluetooth technology brings to mobile calls into the office. The included desk phone adapter turns a standard desk phone into a Bluetooth "device," while the system's "smart" headset seamlessly switches from a user's mobile phone to desk phone with a touch of a button, giving them the freedom to answer and end calls hands-free while up to 33 feet from their desk. The Plantronics Voyager 510SL can also be used outside the office with any two Bluetooth devices.

One-Touch Controls and Handset Lifter for Convenience

The headset's integrated buttons provide easy access to volume, mute, call answer/end, and even voice-activated dialing (with supported phone services.) Whenever a call comes in, on whichever phone, the Plantronics Voyager 510SL eliminates the need to fumble in pockets or purses to answer it. Thanks to Plantronics' multipoint technology, the headset automatically detects which phone is being called, and users simply press a button to take the call.

The Plantronics Voyager also includes a handset lifter, which automatically lifts the desk phone's receiver, giving users the added flexibility of answering calls away from their desk. When the call is complete, the lifter automatically lowers the handset, letting users continue their tasks without having to return to the desk to hang up the phone.

Advanced Call Technologies

The Plantronics Voyager 510SL uses advanced noise-canceling and WindSmart technologies to make sure that every syllable is clearly heard, inside or out. Conversations can be held without the worry of extraneous noises or wind gusts. The headset also employs adaptive frequency hopping (AFH) that helps reduce interference from area Wi-Fi/WLAN networks, keeping calls clear in even busy office environments.
